Reports, history and exports
Turn saved observations into clear, shareable reporting.
Use Results → Reports & history when you need the detail behind a headline number or a report you can share with someone else.
Choose the evidence
Filter by date, platform, prompt source and prompt wording. The report uses saved observations. Opening or exporting it does not purchase a new visibility scan.
Use full answer evidence when you need to explain who was recommended, who was mentioned and which pages were cited.
Export the right format
| Format | Best for |
|---|---|
| A readable report for a stakeholder | |
| CSV | Filtering and analysis in your own tools |
| Excel | Working with a structured workbook |
Keep observation dates, market, prompt wording and sample size with the numbers. A screenshot of a percentage alone can hide important context.
Saved reports and share links
A saved report preserves its snapshot. Later measurements do not rewrite it. Optional share links expire after 30 days and can be revoked.
Only share a report with people who should see its contents. A shared report is different from inviting someone to control your workspace.
Compare like with like
Use matched prompts and settings for a trend. A newly added prompt has no older observation just because other prompts were checked last week. Unavailable answers are unknown, not zero.
Organic-search figures belong to Search Console reporting. They should not be relabeled as AI referral traffic.
A useful stakeholder summary
Explain what changed, which evidence supports it, what remains uncertain and what the plan will do next. For example: “Two of our existing buyer prompts now mention the brand; this month's plan also addresses an uncovered comparison.”
