Using outwrite.ai

    Ask outwrite.ai

Understand your workspace and get supported work done through conversation.

Ask outwrite.ai is the workspace assistant. It can explain the product, inspect your saved account state and use supported tools to help with your plan.

    Start with a real task

    Try one of these:

    • “What is being prepared next, and why?”
    • “Which prompts recommended a competitor but did not mention us?”
    • “What does our Search Console data suggest we should investigate?”
    • “Move this draft to next Tuesday. Show me the change first.”
    • “Why is this article waiting for review?”

For account-specific answers, the assistant should read the relevant saved state instead of guessing from your Brand description.

    Context and attachments

Attach up to three reference files per message: PNG, JPG or WebP images, PDF, TXT, Markdown or CSV. PDFs must be under 1 MB; text documents can contain up to 30,000 characters. The composer also checks the combined size. Paste or drop images directly into the composer.

Files stay with their conversation and can be reopened or downloaded. Unsent text is restored in the current browser tab, but unsent files need reattaching after a reload. Only attach material you want used for that request; never paste passwords, API keys or payment details.

Attachments provide context. They do not override account permissions or become verified research automatically.

    Dictation and conversation history

In supported browsers, allow microphone access to dictate editable text into the composer. Review it before sending. This is browser dictation, not a live voice call.

Use Recent questions to find a saved request. The immediate conversation context is limited, so refer to the article or task explicitly when returning to older work. You can copy an answer or download the loaded conversation as text.

    Changes you can request

The assistant can inspect articles and evidence, schedule draft work, prepare drafts, propose focused edits, manage supported plan preferences and record topic feedback.

A preview is not an applied change. An accepted background operation is not proof that it has finished. Read the confirmation and resulting state.

Where the product controls remain necessary

Use the product's own controls to connect credentials, manage billing, approve an article or enable publishing. Ask outwrite.ai does not inherit publishing authority from an external MCP connection.

External assistants connected through MCP can have separately granted permissions. Read the MCP permissions guide to understand that difference.

    Support is a different conversation

The support widget helps with product questions, billing guidance and troubleshooting. It can offer a human handoff. Ask outwrite.ai is for working with your workspace; support is for getting help.
