Support and feedback
Get help inside the product, or tell us what should improve.
The support widget is available inside the platform. It can explain product behavior and, when you are signed in, use read-only context from your own account.
Ask a support question
Describe the task and the specific problem. Include the section, article title or visible error if relevant. The support agent should distinguish what it knows from what needs investigation.
It cannot change your billing, override account permissions or make unsupported promises about a fix.
Talk to a human
Use Talk to a human at any time. The conversation is handed off and the bot stops responding while a human takes over. Replies appear in the same chat with clear sender labels.
Your conversation and the context needed to help are shared with the support team. Do not put passwords, API tokens or card details in the chat.
Send product feedback
Use the feedback button and choose Bug report, Feature request or Feedback.
For a bug, include what you expected, what happened and how to reproduce it. A feature request is most useful when it explains the job you are trying to do.
Support versus Ask
Use Ask outwrite.ai for work in your workspace: inspecting research, understanding results or proposing supported changes. Use support for product guidance, account issues or human assistance.
When to check billing
If your trial ended or a payment failed, open Account billing for the actual access and renewal state. Support can help explain it, but a chat message does not complete checkout or change a subscription.
