    Set up your workspace

From your website to a researched Brand, visibility baseline and first content plan.

Setup is designed to leave you with a working workspace, not a form to finish later.

    Before you begin

Have your public website URL ready. For optional connections, you will need access to the matching Google Search Console property and permission to connect your website's publishing system.

    Add your website and audience

Enter your main website, then choose your primary search market and language. Choose your scheduling timezone separately. The market describes the people you want to reach; the timezone describes when work is scheduled.

Use the market and language guide if your business serves more than one country.

    Connect Google Search Console

Choose Connect Google and authorize the Google account that can access your website's property. Select a matching property. A successful connection is shown before you continue.

Existing search data can inform the initial research: which queries bring impressions, which pages already cover a subject, and where useful opportunities may exist. New sites and businesses without Search Console can choose Skip for now and use outwrite.ai normally.

Connect your site and choose a schedule

Choose WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or a custom webhook. Follow the integration guide for your destination, then select your publishing policy, article length, pace and timezone.

You can skip publishing setup. Research and writing still work, but articles remain drafts until you connect a destination and select it in Plan.

    Watch your workspace take shape

Setup moves through its stages automatically. It discovers website pages, reads selected sources, builds detailed Brand knowledge, checks buyer opportunities and collects an AI visibility baseline.

Finding a URL is different from reading it deeply. The platform prioritizes useful business pages, services, customer evidence and coverage gaps rather than treating every page as equally valuable. A large discovered count does not mean every page was read.

Progress is saved between stages. Closing the page does not erase completed work. If a request cannot be confirmed safely, the workspace shows a hold rather than inventing missing findings.

    Review the handoff

Check the business summary, market, sources, first scheduled articles and automation settings. Supported opportunities enter the plan; the platform will not add unrelated filler just to reach a topic count.

Entering your workspace makes the first article eligible for preparation. Your selected publishing policy governs later delivery. Nothing is published during the setup research itself.
