Brand and website knowledge
One home for your business context, writing direction and existing content.
Brand keeps the information the platform uses to understand what your business actually does and who it should reach.
Review the business knowledge
Setup builds a sourced starting point: offerings, audiences, positioning, differentiators, customer evidence, buying considerations and constraints. Check that the important facts are accurate.
A statement on your own website is a business claim, not independent verification. Missing facts should stay unknown rather than being filled with invented detail.
Give useful writing direction
Keep your voice, priorities, preferred terms and excluded terms specific. Add URLs of articles that represent your writing style. You do not need to type a sample essay.
Writing examples guide style. They do not establish that an old price, customer result or product claim is still correct for a new article.
Website library and internal links
The library is populated during setup. It helps the platform understand existing coverage and choose relevant internal links. A discovered URL is not proof that the full page was read or that the entire site is indexed.
Use Brand to review website knowledge, source rules and competitor domains. You do not need to maintain a separate linking workflow to get started.
Make changes deliberately
Correcting the offering, audience or market can require fresh research. Existing drafts remain saved. Review already planned topics after a major change in positioning.
Ask outwrite.ai can help with supported Brand edits, but some settings, including website/library changes and credentials, belong in their product controls.
Keep publishing in Plan
Brand describes the business. Plan → Schedule and publishing controls when articles are prepared and where they are delivered.
