Moving an existing workspace
Keep your work while moving to the new planning and billing experience.
An eligible existing account can be guided into the redesigned workspace. The migration is intended to preserve useful saved work while establishing a current Brand, plan and visibility baseline.
Review the migration prompt
Sign in with your existing account. If a migration is offered, read what will be carried forward and the steps shown for that account. You do not need to create a second account to keep using the same business.
The migration may refresh business research and organize existing content into the new workspace. It should not be interpreted as permission to publish your historical drafts.
What to check afterward
Review the business name, website, audience, writing guidance and connected destination. Check how existing articles and saved prompts appear, then inspect the new baseline and first planned work.
Historical measurements may use different prompts or methods. Keep them labeled as historical rather than combining them with a new baseline into a misleading trend.
Replacement billing
Where the account is eligible, the new checkout carries forward remaining paid access before the new monthly subscription begins. The old subscription is replaced through the confirmed migration flow.
The renewal date and checkout confirmation are account-specific. An abandoned checkout does not mean migration has completed. If an account has an unusual billing arrangement or a pending change, contact support rather than starting multiple replacement checkouts.
Confirm your automation choices
Review publishing settings after migration. Research, writing and monitoring have separate controls, and automatic publishing still needs a suitable destination and policy.
Something looks missing
Use support to identify the specific article, setting or historical report. Do not delete and recreate your account as a workaround. Saved revisions and migration status are useful for resolving the issue.
