Your prompts
Track exact buyer prompts alongside automatic discovery.
Automatic monitoring works without maintaining a manual prompt list. Your prompts lets you add specific searches that matter to your business.
Add prompts
Open Results and choose Add prompts. Enter natural-language prompts, paste a list or import a CSV with a prompt/question column or the wording in its first column.
Use the wording a buyer might actually use: “Which appointment-setting agencies work with B2B software companies?” is more useful than a vague category label.
Prompts must be plain text, 5–700 characters, without search operators such as site: or inurl:. Repeated wording is deduplicated.
Active, priority and saved for later
Up to 100 user prompts can be active. The library can hold up to 1,000; prompts beyond active capacity are saved inactive for later.
Active prompts join the rotating measurement schedule. Priority affects selection within that schedule. Adding a large list does not start an immediate run of every prompt against every model.
The next-check date describes eligibility. It is not a guaranteed completion time. Read the last observation date and current state to know what has actually been checked.
Pause a prompt
Deactivate a prompt to stop new checks while keeping its history. A request already sent can still complete. Inactive prompts do not have a pending next-check date.
Reactivating makes it eligible again under the current work controls and account access.
Automatic prompts stay separate
Your prompts do not replace the stable baseline or the platform's own exploration. Adding a tracking prompt also does not automatically qualify it as an article opportunity.
If you change the primary search market, older prompts retain their historical audience context. Review what you want to track in the new market.
