Using outwrite.ai

    Edit and refine articles

Make precise changes with the visual editor or natural-language feedback.

Open a saved article from Plan. You can edit it directly or ask outwrite.ai to propose a focused change.

    Edit visually

Use the built-in editor for headings, paragraphs, links, lists, tables and images. Save your work before moving into an AI editing action. When you have unsaved changes, save or discard them deliberately so one edit does not overwrite another.

HTML source editing is available for markup that needs direct control. If a structure cannot be safely represented visually, keep the source version rather than forcing a conversion that could remove content.

    Refine with outwrite.ai

Describe the exact change you want. Useful requests include:

    • “Make the opening more direct without changing the claims.”
    • “Explain the second comparison criterion in plain language.”
    • “Remove the repeated sentence in the conclusion.”
    • “Use a more conversational tone while keeping the table and citations.”

Review the proposed change, then choose Keep changes if it is right. A preview is not a saved revision.

For layout changes, use the visual editor. Focused AI editing is designed to retain untouched sections, links and structure.

    Help future writing improve

An explicit, reusable preference can become writing guidance when you keep an AI edit. For example, “Always use British spelling for this brand” is different from “Remove this paragraph from this one article.”

You can inspect and remove learned guidance in Schedule and publishing. One-off corrections should not become permanent instructions for every future article.

    Revisions and source checks

Saving an edit creates a new version and clears earlier approval. Review the current revision's checks before publishing. Restoring an earlier version creates another revision instead of erasing history.

An edit inside outwrite.ai does not silently update an article already live in your CMS.

    A safe editing routine

Read the current draft, request one specific change, inspect the preview, save, then review the updated checks. This keeps the article's evidence and publishing state aligned.
