Guides

    Your first week

A small number of checks that put your workspace on the right track.

The most useful setup work is making sure outwrite.ai understands the business and can deliver to the right place. You do not need to keep pressing refresh.

    Day one: check the foundation

Complete onboarding, then review Brand for your offering, audience, market and writing voice. Correct material mistakes before approving content.

Look at the first planned articles. Each should answer a useful buyer need that fits your business. Use feedback for wrong-audience or already-covered topics.

    Check your first draft

Read the first article's opening, factual claims, comparison criteria and sources. Verify any business-specific promise or price. Confirm that the tone sounds like you and that the article length fits your needs.

Use a focused edit if necessary. Keep reusable feedback specific so it can inform future writing.

    Test delivery as a draft

Connect a destination and select Draft mode first. Inspect the article in the actual CMS and theme. Check tables, headings, internal links and citation links.

After confirming delivery, decide whether you want review-first publishing or autopilot.

Read the baseline, not a promise

Inspect the first AI answers in Results. Separate recommendations, mentions and citations. Notice which surfaces completed and which are unavailable.

A starting baseline is useful even when visibility is low. It gives later observations something comparable to measure against.

End the week with one review

Check completed work, attention items and the next articles. If Search Console is connected, inspect fresh non-branded queries as context. Avoid changing the baseline after every disappointing observation.

Use the weekly review guide for a repeatable routine.
