outwrite.ai V2 is live. We've rebuilt the platform around a much simpler experience: give it your website, choose how you want to publish, and let it keep working on your AI visibility and organic search presence.
The old platform asked you to move between tools, pick topics and keep the work moving yourself. V2 connects the research, content plan, writing, publishing and reporting. What it learns about your business helps decide what to write. What it observes afterward helps shape the next batch.
You can still get involved wherever you want. You just don't have to start every article from scratch or keep feeding it ideas.

A website URL is the start of your workspace
Onboarding now does the setup work with you. Enter your website, select your search market and language, and watch your workspace take shape.
- outwrite.ai discovers your site's pages and reads the sources that help explain your business, products, audience and existing content.
- It builds your Brand knowledge, researches relevant buying questions and checks your starting AI visibility.
- Qualified article opportunities become your first content plan, with an explanation of what is planned and why.
- You can connect Google Search Console and your publishing destination during setup, then choose your article length, schedule and review preferences.
Both connections are optional. If you skip publishing setup, your articles stay as drafts. If you connect Search Console, your own search data can help guide the research from the beginning.
One Plan replaces the disconnected steps
Topics, scheduling and article work now live together in Plan. Compose and Pipeline no longer need to be separate stops in your day.
Plan shows what's being worked on, why those articles matter and what happens next. You can open an article, change its date or adjust publishing preferences from the same place. The research detail is there when you want it, without making you read a report before you can understand your schedule.
As work moves forward, outwrite.ai looks for the next useful opportunities and replenishes the plan. It checks your existing coverage so the next article has a reason to exist.
Topic research starts with what buyers need
Your product's feature list isn't a content strategy. V2 looks for searches and buying decisions that fit your business: comparisons, alternatives, problems to solve and questions people ask before choosing a provider.
- Search evidence helps distinguish an interesting idea from an opportunity worth investigating.
- Sampled AI answers reveal where competitors appear and where your business is missing.
- Your website library helps identify existing coverage and avoid writing the same article again.
- Available performance data, completed work and your feedback help guide future priorities.
You'll see the reasoning behind an opportunity. The plan isn't padded with unrelated topics just to make the calendar look full.
Researched writing, with your standards built in
The writing frameworks are still here. So are outside research, supporting sources and your brand voice. V2 brings them into the same preparation process, with editorial checks and a readability pass before an article is ready.
Choose a shorter, standard or longer article preference. Add links to writing examples you like. Keep business facts, audience details and guidance in Brand so you don't have to repeat the same instructions for every draft.
If an article has a claim that needs attention, the platform holds it for review. Autopilot doesn't turn an unsupported claim into an approved one.
Publishing can run on your schedule
Connect WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or a configured custom webhook. Set your pace and timezone, choose draft or live delivery, and decide how much review you want.
- Review first: read and approve articles before they can be published.
- Autopilot: let eligible articles publish on schedule after their checks pass.
- Keep drafts: use the research and writing without sending content live.
Publishing settings now belong in Plan, right beside the work they control. You can pause publishing or change the schedule without rebuilding your workspace.
Results explains where you appear in AI answers
A source link and a recommendation are different things. The new Results page separates them.
- Recommended: the answer presents your business as an option.
- Mentioned: your business appears in the answer's text.
- Cited: the answer links to your website as a source.
Inspect the prompt, answer evidence, competitors and cited sources, with the date and AI surface attached. Supported checks include ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode, with availability depending on your search market and language.
Monitoring keeps a consistent set of prompts for comparison and explores new ones when research supports them. Add your own prompts if there are specific searches you want watched. Reports and exports make it easier to share what you're seeing.
These are sampled AI answers, not access to anyone's private chats. They give you evidence to work with, rather than a promise that every buyer sees the same response.
Your Google data helps choose what comes next
Google Search Console now has a place in both reporting and planning. Connect it to see your clicks, impressions, queries and pages in Results.
The same data can help outwrite.ai understand what you're already appearing for, which pages cover a topic and where further research or content could be useful. It adds your site's own evidence to the planning process. You can still use outwrite.ai without it.
Organic search performance and AI visibility stay separate in the reports. Both matter, and neither is a substitute for the other.
Edit an article by telling it what to change
The new built-in editor supports headings, links, lists, tables and images. You can edit directly, use HTML source when needed, or ask for a focused change in plain language.
Try: "Make the opening more direct, keep the comparison table, and leave the source links alone." Review the proposed change before keeping it. Revisions let you return to an earlier version.
When your feedback expresses a reusable writing preference, it can become guidance for future articles. A one-off correction shouldn't become a rule for everything. You can inspect and remove learned guidance too.
Ask outwrite.ai, or work from your own assistant
Ask outwrite.ai now has its own workspace page. Ask why an article is waiting, what is being prepared next or what your saved search data suggests. It can read the relevant workspace information and help with supported tasks such as scheduling and proposing article edits.
You can attach reference images and documents for context. The assistant's answers and proposed changes stay connected to the work in your account.
Prefer using your own assistant? Connect a compatible tool through MCP to check Results, inspect your plan and work on articles. You choose the permissions and can revoke access. The dashboard and your connected assistant use the same workspace.
A cleaner workspace, and one plan
We've also brought the smaller pieces together:
- A consolidated Brand area for business knowledge, writing examples and your website library.
- Light and dark modes, simpler navigation and clearer article statuses.
- A support chat inside the product, with the option to ask for a human.
- Built-in feedback for bug reports, feature requests and suggestions.
- A new documentation site covering setup, integrations, publishing, reporting and MCP.
V2 has one $99/month plan. Research, unlimited articles and revisions, scheduled publishing, AI visibility tracking, Search Console reporting, Ask outwrite.ai and MCP are included. There are no content credits to keep track of. Work is prepared at your selected pace.

Sign in with your existing account. The guided V2 transition brings your saved business information and work into the new experience, refreshes your starting research and explains what happens next.
If your account needs to move to V2 billing, you'll see a separate checkout. The transition accounts for your remaining eligible paid time before the new monthly subscription begins. Review the price and first charge date shown there before confirming. Reading this announcement doesn't change your subscription.
Start with your website
We built V2 for the business owner who wants to be found, but doesn't want another tool that creates a daily list of tasks.
Add your website. Review what outwrite.ai learns. Connect your site and choose a schedule when you're ready for automatic publishing. Then use Plan and Results to see what is happening and what comes next.
Better coverage takes consistent work. Rankings, traffic and AI recommendations aren't guaranteed, but you can now put the research and publishing routine behind that work on autopilot.
Your next content plan starts with a URL.
