Billing Cycles

Auto-Renewal
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew for successive monthly terms. You will be charged the applicable rate using your payment method on file.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. Continued payment failures may result in account suspension. Your access will be restored once payment is successfully processed.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing adjustments. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support at support@outwrite.ai. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until then.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers on paid plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting support@outwrite.ai. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. After the initial 30-day period, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Price Changes
We may change subscription fees for future billing cycles. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Platform Usage and Restrictions
outwrite.ai grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. This license is subject to the following restrictions:

To ensure fair usage and system stability, we implement rate limiting: maximum 10 requests per 15-minute window for content generation and critical operations.
Prohibited Uses

- Generating content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes intellectual property rights
