outwrite.ai offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who are not satisfied with our AI-powered content optimization platform. We stand behind the quality of our service and want to ensure you have a positive experience with our tools.
Please export any content, projects, or data you wish to keep before requesting a refund, as account access will be terminated upon processing.
Note: Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor, and will appear as a credit from "OUTWRITE.AI" or "STRIPE" on your statement.
Our refund guarantee only applies to your first subscription payment. Automatic renewals are not covered by this policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, but renewal payments are non-refundable.
If you believe you've been charged incorrectly due to a technical error or system malfunction, contact us immediately. Billing errors are resolved separately from our standard refund policy and may be eligible for refunds regardless of the 30-day window.
